Best Boutique Stays in Andalusia

The most southern part of Spain is where you’ll find Andalusia, a vast region comprised of a mecca of cultures, mouthwatering cuisine, 800km of coastline and mountainous terrain. When we think of Andalusia, popular and historic destinations such as Seville, Granada, Cádiz, Jerez, Malaga and Córdoba spring to mind. Do check out our Seville travel guide, as you can easily reach several areas from the city. Towns such as Estepona, Vejer de la Frontera, Ronda, are also exciting and most definitely worthwhile exploring. Those that love the coast can lose track of time in sandy dunes such as Bolonia or windsurf in Tarifa. In contrast, others can walk around the romantic palace-fortress of the Nasrid Sultans or visit the bountiful province Almería, which is a hit among those in the film industry.

Aside from seeing the iconic whitewashed village and majestic churches, gastronomy, and religious events, many visitors flock to experience and enjoy the annual ferias. We have summarised a few of our favourite boutique places to visit when exploring and eating our way through the region. The list is ever-evolving, with us planning to revisit Andalusia soon.
