We stayed at the Gran Via Signature Suite, an elegant option boasting lots of light and perfectly fitted with many amenities. The spaces correlate with the exterior private terrace that overlooks the street and has the same name as the suite. The 85-square-metre ‘apartment’ has a fine balance of well-being that oozes both elegance and comfortable living. The inviting bathtub with rainfall shower has a view of the terrace, with a small black-out screen available should you need more privacy.

Through Almanac’s custom designed ‘Connect & Collect’ app, the system can create the guest’s personal insignia, factoring in elements of travel experiences upon preference. Themed lighting schemes, wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, and in-room cleaning services are all available at the tip of a finger via the in-room app. The hotel cleverly pairs high-touch with high-tech.
