Les Deux Tours – is a family-friendly haven where luxury meets authenticity most exquisitely. Finding a boutique and stylish place to stay as a family in Marrakech was challenging, which didn’t encourage us to stay in a big resort. So, we were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled across this hotel. Picture yourself awakening to the gentle rustling of peacocks as they stroll by during breakfast, a truly unique start to your day—a pristine garden adorned with day beds and loungers framed by the backdrop of an open-air oasis. The scent of freshly baked bread greets your senses, eggs prepared to perfection, and the allure of Moroccan pastries beckon to be savoured. This exceeded our expectations from day one.
Set in the Palmaeraie area, the hotel seamlessly melds into its surroundings, offering a serene escape from the bustling city centre. It’s a haven where one can retreat into the embrace of nature while still being within arm’s reach of Marrakech’s cultural and culinary wonders. The hotel has a relaxing spa and hammam onsite, so it’s an excellent choice for those needing to unwind and indulge in self-care.
Our junior suite, a haven of luxury, featured a fireplace in the bathroom, giving a sense of cosiness. The decadent tiles whispered stories of Moroccan craftsmanship and ample storage. The intimate bathroom provided a sanctuary of relaxation. A highlight was undoubtedly the view, a canvas that overlooked an exclusive outdoor pool, a tranquil retreat reserved for the suites that adorned our corner of paradise. One evening, we enjoyed lunch on the terrace outside our suite and listened to the birds chirping.
Les Deux Tours boasts a seasonal herb garden where vibrant carrots, potatoes, and squash flourish alongside a charming goat farm. This veritable cornucopia of local produce finds its way to the restaurant, infusing your dining experience with the true essence of Morocco’s fertile lands. It is an excellent spot to visit with children, read a book, or sketch.
Amidst this oasis, whimsical touches await your discovery. Benches beckon for contemplation, while a charming swing invites playful moments. And then, there’s the outdoor pool – a shimmering expanse of aquamarine that caters to every whim. Its shallow wade is a selling point for little ones, while cosy nooks provide respite from the sun’s embrace. Adjacent to the pool, La Pergola restaurant tantalizes your taste buds, offering a seamless fusion of gastronomy and relaxation. Indulge in delectable treats and sip on cocktails as the sun dips below the horizon, casting a golden glow over Marrakech’s enchanting panorama.
