The Lust Series - Liberty Walk

It's that time of year, it's time to get those toes out and what better brand to showcase your pedicured feet than Liberty Walk. We are very excited about this Portuguese brand, as their shoes are made from recycled fibres. The brand is run by Ricardo Raposo, who initiated Liberty Walk due to his belief in offering a fair trade and ethical commerce, that ultimately leads to the minimisation of waste from Portuguese factories. The consequent of this is pushing transformation of waste to new sustainable products that are on trend, comfortable and useful, thus we have Liberty Walk.

Their eco shoes represent and distribute an American brand of rope sandals, which is in line with the brand's "Nomadic State of Mind". The handmade sandals are made from recycled rope and are produced in Nicarágua by "real adults". Imagine these gems paired with a Ukrainian folk dress or simply teamed with cut off denims. The sandals are not only comfortable but resistant and the rope can be repurposed in the future to create another product. Fashion with a conscience.
