This 35 suites hotel residence was opened in 2013 by Swedish trio Peter J. Ödlund, Peter Ekmon and Hakam Roos, combining the charm of an apartment with a luxury hotel. Their idea was to revamp the historic 19th century building and revive it as a four star sanctuary. This concept redefines what the industry is about, making a guest's stay more generous and more fun.

The owners wanted to create 'Your Home in Palma', a place where guests can stay for as long as they want, without having to worry about the commitment of buying a property. Palma Suites has a snowbirds concept, for a much reduced price than staying in the warmer months, guests can stay for as little as 670€ per week in the winter months. This concept has been attracting many tourists from the Sweden, Finland, Germany, Canada and other countries that tend to have long winters.

OUR STORY

Palma Suites offers 35 modern, air-conditioned suites with a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi access. All suites include a lounge-dining area with sofas, flat-screen satellite TV and a safe, as well as 360º views of Palma city from the rooftop terrace. The kitchen comes with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A cleaning service is provided and includes a change of bed linen and towels. There is a café bar on the ground floor and breakfast can be requested if you prefer to wake up to a meal without having to leave the property.

As the hotel residence's concept is to provide guests with maximum comfort, there is an option to have your room's decoration rearranged to your likings. This is mainly asked of by guests staying for long terms, as there are frequent visitors who stay as long as 5 months out of the year!
