66 Saint Paul’s is a recently restored 17th-century palazzo, situated in Malta’s capital city of Valletta. It oozes classic contemporary style, with the stunning Maltese hotel hosting a rooftop terrace, plunge pool and penthouse with scenic Grand Harbour views. Located just a few minutes walk from the Church of St Paul’s Shipwreck, Fort St Elmo and the Upper Barrakka Gardens, it is a perfect place to navigate yourself while exploring the rich and cultural city. There is an effortless balance between the modern and antique part of the building, with original features present throughout. An example is the original internal limestone courtyard and high-beamed ceilings, which adds great depth and character to the hotel.

Rooms vary in size, yet all feature a desk, flat screen TV, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, and heating. Larger rooms have traditional Maltese balconies and all suites are elegantly adorned in neutral tones and classic furniture. Modern bathrooms come equipped with a walk-in shower or bath and amenities by Molton Brown. The penthouse, in particular, is a luxurious open-plan suite up on the sixth floor with a private terrace and harbour view. Whilst the Grand Suite on the 2nd floor is a spacious split-level room. Set in the ‘piano nobile’, it is a nod to the buildings of yesteryear, as this was previously the most important story in the building and contained all key rooms that belonged to the resident family.
