Casa Habita is one of the newer hotels from the Grupo Habita, situated in the trendiest area of Guadalajara, the Lafayette neighbourhood. The interior design is from world famous Diomre Studio, Milán, Britt, Moran + Emiliano Salci and other sophisticated design houses. The house is an original property from the Lafayette neighbourhood from the early 20th century.
Art, design, fashion and architecture merge at Casa Habita. There are two individual sites, the 40’s designed house with the lobby, bar, restaurant, and pool with terrace flow towards the new building, where the thirty-seven rooms and suites, in addition to the spa, are located. These two areas merge, creating a unified space while keeping their identity and social activities.
