2020 - The Year We Stood Still

The year 2020 sure didn't turn out as expected. It was the year that our plans, in many cases, didn't go ahead. The year of many plot twists, zoom calls, follow-ups, time in our homes and generally figuring things out. We spent the year trying to support local businesses as much as possible.

Initiatives like Help Your Hood made it easy. We could easily support feeding locals on the frontline in Barcelona thanks to Milla's Lunch, and we made a significant effort to shop from our favourite local brands and restaurants.

During this time, we have been reminded of how beautiful it is to travel. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Although we have enjoyed connecting with our local communities, taking up new hobbies and working from home, we look forward to meeting new people, different senses, colours, skylines, new cuisine and more.
