One of the destinations we had scheduled to visit was Prague. It is a city that has been on our list for some time, and we finally got round to making arrangements for a 5-night stay there. This was unfortunately marred by COVID-19, as were many other bookings but we are eagerly anticipating to head over to the Czech capital in 2021.

Guests can discover the beautiful city of Prague via a walking tour led by Chef d’Or concierge, Carlo IV’s certified guide. He will unlock some of the special places, pinpoint architectural gems, explain the history behind some of the most fascinating spots and take you through some of the fashionable places.
This tour is available from EUR 86 / £78 per person and can be booked directly with the hotel upon arrival with an option to take the Concierge’s City Tour by car.
Food lovers alike can indulge in a five-course gourmet tasting menu, designed and prepared by Michelin-trained chef Jan Knedla. The culinary experience starts at the Chef’s Table at Inn Ox Restaurant, where carefully selected menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients and an intricate play on flavours and textures, take centre stage. Wine pairings may be arranged separately with their expert sommelier to create the perfect finish.
Dining with The Chef is available for EUR 86 / £78 based on 2 people, and lasts from 6 pm to 10 pm and can be booked directly with the hotel upon arrival.
